Every team has processes that use knowledge from a specific area or documents in order to perform certain tasks. The quick actions feature makes it easy to pre-configure such tasks for LLMs to perform using prompts. This is an excellent way to create processes that fit within the Genow platform.
Where to find the Quick Action configuration: Navigate to the admin panel and select your use case in the “Use Cases” screen. Select “Customization” in the use case settings and click “Quick Actions” in the dropdown menu on top of the screen.
It is possible to configure multiple quick actions!
Please note, that it is for now not possible to create PowerPoints or PDF files. This will be possible later via our agent features!

Create New Quick Actions

The following fields are available:
  • Quick Action Name (mandatory): has to be filled out in both German and English.
  • Prompt Task (mandatory): a detailed prompt that describes the task performed by this quick action.
  • Prompt Example (optional but recommended): provide an example output after the task was performed. This allows LLMs to more easily understand how to perform the task and provide consistent results.
  • Prompt Output Formatting (optional but recommended): describe the output format.
  • Icon: select an icon.
Make sure to save your quick action using the Save-Button.
