You can add a web search to your use case. Users currently will need to obtain permissions to access and view the web search. Please keep this in mind when creating sub-groups with certain access.
Your web search is safe. No information will be passed to another actor.
When activated, users can select and delselect the websearch with the help of the web search button next to the input field.

We Differentiate Between Two Different Web Searches

  • Full Web Search: All websites and PDFs found are searched and taken into account. Please note that PDFs that are accessible on websites but do not represent a separate search result cannot be downloaded and therefore cannot be taken into account.
  • Restricted Web Search: You can restrict your web searches to specific websites that will be used exclusively.

Additional Web Search Features

We offer two specific web search features that can be enabled on use case level:
  1. Direct URL: Users can post a full URL alongside their query or question. If the content of the website matches the user’s query, it will be used when generating an answer.
  2. **Targeted Web Search: **Users can add full domains to their web searches by clicking the web search icon and addint it to the input field. All subdomains and subsites of each domain will then be used exclusively (or in addition to the restricted web search) for this purpose.
