The Role of a Platform Owner

As a Platform Owner, you are the central figure responsible for the successful implementation and governance of the Genow Platform. Your role is both technical and strategic, laying the foundation upon which all valuable use cases are built. Your core responsibilities include:
  • Initial Setup: Overseeing the foundational configuration of the platform, including Authentication methods, corporate Branding, and the connection to Data Systems.
  • Platform Management: Handling the ongoing administration of key areas such as user Permissions, Use Case Creation, the integration of Extensions, and the management of the core LLMs.
Beyond these technical tasks, an important function is to empower your use case admins. By providing a stable, secure, and well-managed environment as well as supporting them with user adoption approaches and training, you enable them to create high-impact solutions for their teams.
