Via your Agent setting you can navigate to your Analytics Dashboard. Select a time range first. The selection may be limited by your company’s data protection conditions. The following insights are available:
  • Daily active users (users that asked at least one question via the Agent Hub or chat)
  • Most used knowledge assets
  • Geographic distribution by country
  • Average Query Latency (time from sending an question to it being fully answered)

Cost Attribution

The analytics dashboard now also shows a Cost Overview for your Agent, giving you a transparent breakdown of what drives usage costs.
The costs shown serve as an indicator of your Agent’s approximate cost. They can be used to track usage and understand cost trends over time — minor differences to actual totals may occur, as general platform costs and a small number of additional factors are not included in this breakdown.

What Is Tracked

Costs are broken down into three categories:
CategoryWhat it covers
LLM CallsThe cost of every AI response generated for this Agent, based on input and output tokens per model
Indexing – ParsingThe one-time cost of processing and structuring a document when it is first indexed
Indexing – StorageThe ongoing monthly cost of storing the indexed knowledge in the vector database (based on GB stored)

How to Use It

Select a time range (week, month, or 90 days) to see cost totals per category. You can filter by individual Agent and drill down to see the split between cost categories. This makes it easier to understand which Agents are most cost-intensive and to allocate costs internally across teams or departments.
