Via your Use Case setting you can navigate to your Analytics Dashboard. Select a time range first. The selection may be limited by your company’s data protection conditions. The following insights are available:
  • Daily active users (users that asked at least one question via the use case hub or chat)
  • Most used knowledge assets
  • Geographic distribution by country
  • Average Query Latency (time from sending an question to it being fully answered)
