Adding use-case-specific context and using our features to meet your users’ needs is crucial to ensuring adoption and achieving even higher-quality outputs.
The following article will provide you with an overview on existing features and first guides.
Navigate to the admin panel and click „Use cases” on the left-hand menu. Select your use case and click on “Use Case Settings”. You can then navigate through the tabs.
Settings That Will Influence the Answer Generation of Genow
Please be aware that most settings will be managed on a use case level and will influence every user question for all assets.

| Configure your feedback form | You can choose which fields should be included in the positive and negative feedback forms. When all fields are disabled, users can provide feedback simply by clicking the thumbs-up or thumbs-down button, without filling out any fields. | During testing, we highly recommend using multiple fields to gain more insight. Later, disabling the fields might help you to receive constant feedback in a simpler form. |
