You can add use case-specific links to the left-hand menu bar. They will be visible for all users having access to your use case.
Where to find the External Links configuration: Navigate to the admin panel and select your use case in the “Use Cases” screen. Select “Customization” in the use case settings and click “External Links in the dropdown menu on top of the screen. The following fields are available per external link:
  • Icon upload: you can upload an SVG file as an icon which will be displayed next to your display name.
  • Display name: a name of your link.
  • URL
Remember to press the Save-Button after the setup of a external link.
You can either
  • Delete an existing external link by pressing the trashcan-icon or
  • Adjust an existing extern link by pressing the pen-icon.
