# External Links

> Add Agent-specific external links to the left hand menu bar.

  You can add Agent-specific links to the left-hand menu bar. They will be visible for all users having access to your Agent.

**Where to find the External Links configuration:** Navigate to the admin panel and select your Agent in the "Use Cases" screen. Select "Customization" in the Agent settings and click "External Links in the dropdown menu on top of the screen.

## Create New External Links

The following fields are available per external link:

* **Icon upload:** you can upload an SVG file as an icon which will be displayed next to your display name.
* **Display name:** a name of your link.
* **URL**

<Note>Remember to press the `Save`-Button after the setup of a external link.</Note>

## Manage Existing External Links

You can either

* Delete an existing external link by pressing the trashcan-icon or
* Adjust an existing extern link by pressing the pen-icon.
