# Refresh service account access token

> Reads the refresh token from the HttpOnly 'sa_refresh_token' cookie and issues a new access token. The old refresh token is immediately invalidated (single-use rotation). If a refresh token is reused, all tokens for the service account are revoked. No authentication required.
